Bridging education with real working environments
According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will jointly implement internship, field study, and career experience programs for students of the Faculty of Tourism. Through these activities, students will have the opportunity to directly access the hotel working environment and become familiar with professional operations in front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
Integrating students into real working environments during their studies is considered an effective approach to narrowing the gap between theory and practice — a key requirement in service industry training today.
Previously, Colline Dalat has also collaborated with tourism training institutions such as Saigon Tourism College to organize internship and practical training programs for students.
